How do we communicate during the project?
All in writing, by email or message, so there’s no need to book a call. You’ll also get a step-by-step guide to come back to whenever you want to change something.

Will there be any additional costs?
No hidden costs. The price is fixed and agreed before we start. The only extras are tool subscriptions you pay for directly, such as Framer hosting, and I’ll tell you exactly which ones you need before any work begins.

Will my business show up in ChatGPT or Google’s AI answers?
Nobody can honestly promise that. What I can do is build your site so AI search tools can easily read and understand it, which gives you the best chance of being found.

Who hosts the website?
Your site is built in Framer, and you pay Framer directly for hosting, usually about £8 to £12 a month.

Is the compliance work legal advice?
No. I work from published ASA and CAP guidance, and you approve the final wording before anything goes live. If you’d like an extra check, CAP offers a free Copy Advice service.

What happens after launch?
You can carry on by yourself, or add a support plan. Care (£59 a month) covers small updates and a monthly check. Priority (£495 a quarter) gives you more hours, new sections and a quarterly search check.
